Had a quick nap after the whole procedure/ceremony, before we head out to Guan Yin Temple to pray. This was the first time baby fox tried out his super comfy (and expensive!) car seat:
Then, it was time to go back to my parents' place to pray to my ancestors. Again, this was the first time baby fox went to my place and it was all peaceful at the beginning:
But alas, we had a hard time coaxing him to sleep after his feed, and it got the crankiness out of me. Anyway, we survived the trip and headed home for a quick wash up before celebration part 1 with Mr fox's family and relatives at Fatty Weng Siong.
Was too busy looking after baby (who was being passed from auntie to cousin to uncle) that i did not take any pics. Anyway, we managed to survive the dinner (albeit a few crying stints due to the noise level) and i was glad to finally go home around 10+pm, cos I cld feel a headache building up.
Haiz, but baby fox aint going to let me rest.. he was cranky and restless the whole night... and i nearly lost my top at him a couple of times. Hope things will be better tonight...
Celebration part two with my family and relatives and friends will take place on National Day. It's tough to estimate the no. of ppl who will turn up, hence i'm keeping my fingers crossed that the buffet lunch we ordered will suffice. If not, uh... too bad lah. haha.
ok, baby's waking up...that's all for now...
