Baby Fox has finally recovered from his cough, but I'm not sure why, now he keeps waking up at night every 2-3 hours. When that happens it means i have to try the following:
1. Pat his back and pray hard hard he falls back to sleep
2. Carry him to his sarong and 'yao' him to sleep (this routine typically takes abt 15-30mins), and carry him back to the cot again once he's back to sleep for at least 5-10mins
3. Feed him water
4. Feed him milk
5. All of the above
It's 10pm nw, and Baby Fox has just fallen asleep. Am typing these last few lines before I retire for the night. The day has been a busy, eventful one. Am glad that the workplan retreat went well. Hope that those who were skeptical abt line dancing had fun. The headache that hit me this morn was quite vicious. Am thankful for the panadols Kim offered me. Overall, waking up at 5am (by Baby Fox, my new alarm) and reaching Chevrons at 7am to set up for the event was pretty worth it. Well, compared to last year, fewer people dressed according to the theme, lunch was not as impressive, there were lesser games played (in fact, none this year), but still, it's always nice to see all of us together, with some good laughs sprinkled now and then.
Ok, time to sleep. My much-needed sleep.
Nitez ppl.
